Description

Glow is Akro's most concentrated release: a minimalist Extrait de Parfum built by perfumer Olivier Cresp around smoky incense and a rich vanilla-amber heart, sparked by pink pepper. Released in 2024, it trades the "vice" concept of earlier Akro releases for something quieter and more resinous. Warm, addictive, and understated rather than loud.

Scent Character

  • Sweet: 51%
  • Smoky & Resinous: 24%
  • Spicy: 25%

Translation: a sweet, resinous composition. The smoky depth here is incense-driven rather than agarwood, so we describe it as Smoky & Resinous rather than Oud.

FAQ

Is Akro Glow for men or women?
It's unisex.

What does it smell like?
Pink pepper up top, settling into smoky incense and a warm vanilla-amber base, resinous and quietly addictive.

Is this an EDP or an Extrait?
Extrait de Parfum: Akro's highest concentration, meaning richer sillage and longer wear than the brand's Eau de Parfum releases.

Is this an oud fragrance?
No. The smoky character comes from incense, not agarwood.
