Created by Amélie Bourgeois and launched in 2018, Rouge Smoking opens on juicy cherry and pink pepper before settling into a plush tonka-vanilla base, a fragrance built around the seductive, after-dark energy of Paris's Pigalle district rather than literal smoke.
