Devertere Green Ice Extrait

Description

Green Ice is a gin and tonic poured in the mountains: juniper, citrus and a cold ice accord over green woods. Released in 2026 and composed by Sofia Bardelli for Devertere, the Italian house founded by father and son Lorenzo and Federico Cavoretto, it starts on juniper berries, pink pepper, grapefruit, mandarin, ginger and elemi with a clear icy chill. It never really warms up. Rhubarb, pear, citron and sandalwood keep the middle fresh and slightly green, and the drydown settles on Virginia cedar, vetiver, amber and musk. The house describes a walk where alpine meadow gives way to snow, and the gin-glass image is the easiest way to picture it.
