Description

Fuoco is a cigarette shared among friends at dusk in the Balkans — smoke, roasted chestnuts and the quiet warmth of belonging. Created by Bosnian perfumer Boris Barzut for Jijide’s Dialogue Collection and launched in 2024, it opens on raw cigarette smoke, bonfire and roasted chestnut, then softens through field tobacco, hay, clove, vanilla and saffron, before settling on cypriol, cedarwood, vetiver and musk. It captures a very specific kind of warmth: not sweet-gourmand warmth, but the warmth of community, shared rituals and smoke lingering on a jacket. Among the Jijide Dialogue pairs, Fuoco is probably the most uncompromising.
