Delusions of Grandeur is rum-soaked apricot and tobacco wrapped in soft leather. It is one of the two launch fragrances of L'Epoque Parfums, the independent house founded by Rachel Green in Dallas, Texas, and was composed by Elena Valdivieso Ruiz. Tobacco, apricot and rum open it boozy and juicy, jasmine sambac, saffron and leather warm the heart, and amber, sandalwood and musk carry the drydown. The house calls it warm, heady and a little delusional, built for main-character nights out.

Scent Character

Translation: sweet first, from apricot, rum and amber, with leather and tobacco as the dark second voice. Jasmine adds a floral glow; it contains no oud.
