The Way You Kiss Me is a milky vanilla gourmand: oat milk, almond milk and rice over tonka, sandalwood and vanilla. Composed by Sofia Bardelli and released in 2025 by Devertere, the Italian house founded by father and son Lorenzo and Federico Cavoretto, it opens soft and creamy on oat milk, almond milk, coconut and caramel, brightened by bergamot and candied orange. The heart adds rice, a milkshake accord, peach, cotton candy, cashmere wood and a warm touch of saffron. The base is tonka, sandalwood, musk, vanilla, amber, benzoin and patchouli, with a little oud for depth. The house set out to make an unconventional gourmand, and the rice and milk notes are what set it apart from a standard vanilla.
